First buy 1,000 adamant bolts for 173 gold (this is the avg. price). You will also need to buy uncut diamonds. When you make diamond bolt tips, each diamond makes 12. So for 1,000 adamant bolts, you will need 84 uncut diamonds to make 1,000 bolts. Buy the diamonds for the lowest price possible and if they do not sell, keep rising the price until they do. In some instances, you may have to pay the max price for diamonds. If you do end up having to pay max for the diamonds don't worry, this just means that the diamond bolts will sell for max price as well. The diamond bolt's price always follows the diamond's price and vise versa.
You can cut and combine an average of 10k bolts an hour. At this price, that averages out to be a profit of just under 500k! And the best part about this is that you're making money, while also getting 100k fletching experience an hour. This example was when the market was average, so just imagine your profits when diamond bolts are in high demand! 750k-900k an hour is completely possible.
